CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Orders are currently only available to be shipped.
HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday and excludes national holidays. Please allow 1- 2 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR AN ITEM I DON'T WANT ANYMORE?
Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, you have 24 hours after it's been delivered to email a photo of your damaged item/s for a refund, or an exchange if the item is still in stock For all other questions or inquiries, please contact us at email@example.com.
MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN/LOST OR NEVER DELIVERED.
Once item is shipped please keep track with your package through USPS as we no longer have control.
